Group entry fee is $100 per section (Drumming, Otea, Aparima, Ahupurotu)
Youth entry is $50 per section

VENDOR
Please fill out the online vendor application here:
Vendor fees are $125 and include both Saturday and Sunday.
Our vendor coordinator will be in contact with you to communicate the status of your application. If accepted, she will give you payment and other details.
Heiva prioritizes Kaua’i and Tahitian made goods. Thirty vendor spaces are available at 2025 Heiva celebration.
Application and payment must be received no later than FRIDAY, July 4th, 2025.
